I only had time to look at the home page. I like the way you've laid out
the text and images. The animated horse would make more sense in this
context if the rider was also doing something - I sat and watched it the
whole way across the screen before realising that nothing was going to
happen. The VV logo is rather pixelly - it needs to be anti-aliased. It
also has rather too many colours for my taste, but I don't suppose there's
much you can do about that. I don't think "Gymnastics on Horseback" needs
to have quotes around it. I don't think the picture of the girl really
ties in with the theme of the site (see comments below re marketing).

Links: The "home" link is almost illegible against the blue bg and also
shouldn't be linked - all it does is reload the same page. The red of the
moused-over link is also hard to read. You need to choose more contrasting
colours. I've only just realised that the links are images, not text. If
you're going to use images, why not pick a more attractive font? Also
remember that all caps is hard to read - a mix of upper and lower case is
easier on the eye.

Your only option really, is to sit them down together and have them sort
it out. Worst case scenario, one of them will have to pull rank on the
other. I've had this problem before, and if the issue isn't resolved,
you're going to end up with a site that doesn't work and two unhappy
clients. IMO, the site is about vaulting [regardless of the target
audience], and you should have an image appropriate to that. After all, it
does say somewhere that boys are welcome too!
