An age restriction? Get real.

Yes, there should be limits, but this is not an X-rated list unless
we, the members, allow it to be. Also, this organization, while based
in the US, isn't limited to US jurisdiction (or is it?? :/ )

As it is, there is this thing called "Netiquette." Killian WAAAY
overstepped the boundaries allowed by the list guidelines. I'll agree
with that.

In addition, much of the flaming that has been going on between list
members should have been taken to personal mail long ago. I've been
corresponding privately with several members to keep some non-topical
convos from staying on the list.

There should be some sort of reprimand given to those who have
publically flamed others. This is a given. If it doesn't happen,
I'll be severely disappointed in the Guild. After all, does not a
guild have an obligation to protect its members from the hurtful acts
of others?

Killian has already apologized publicly. While I doubt that is
sufficient in the eyes of Starr's family, only Starr can decide if
it's enough for her.

I'm contributing way too much today.... :)
