Roger,

There are several small problems. I think if you can correct these, 
you'll have a clean and attractive site. Here goes:

The "Welcome" graphic needs more colors, or something. The gradiant 
between the green and the tan is very jagged. This is the first element 
that catches the eye, so it needs to be very clean.

The oval buttons have a white background that overlaps the page 
background, causing the line on the lh edge to get cut off. Also, you 
really don't gain anything with these being java. Use plain graphics. 
Also, if you link images, use the border attribute (<img src="file.gif" 
border=0>) to turn off the line around the image.

Pick a different font for the main body. The one you have now is 
fine--for the headline and the date. Try a serif font...

Also, I'm using IE5.0 and I got one error:
