It loaded up pretty quickly.

It's quite difficult to critique something when you don't speak the
language... I must assume for example, that you had a good reason to give
4 of the links far more prominence that the others.

Why do the LHS links go to a page listing the same links, with no further
information? That seems a bit pointless. But the prominence of the other 4
makes more sense now.

Those 4 buttons with the central text lends itself nicely to a mouseover
effect, with the central text changing - just a thought.

Looking at the source on http://www.sil.at/headroom/fokus/berater.htm, I
noticed something odd: you have a <td width = 132> containing a <table
width = 166> - is that deliberate? And the page does not seem to fit into
a 640 wide screen.

All-in-all, very nice, very professional! I really can't think of much to
improve it. The logo colours do not go very well with the other colours
you've used, but that's a very minor point.
