First things:

The splash page is completely unneccessary, as it just
uses images from the main page. Also, you need to specify
a background color for the pages (probably white).

You know, I just thought of this. Now that Network
Solutions has gone so commercial, offering domain parking
etc, it may not be such a wise decision to put the WHOIS
link on the main page. Perhaps a link to an internal page
explaining exactly how domain registration works, or use a
CGI that lets you return your own page with the whois
results. Just a thought.

Your main header images have two rather different fonts
for the company name. the acronym vs. the words. Which one
represents your "corporate identity"?

Why do you have Services, Web Design, and Hosting all on
the main menu bar? At the very least, I would put Services
above the other two, as it explains them. On the Services
page, who is "Allegory"? Also, some paragraphs are showing
up one font size smaller than others.

Looking through your code, specifically on the Services
page, you have a LOT of font tags that don't seem
neccessary (especially from the point of view of someone
who tries to comply with standards. FONT has been
deprecated, and many of your other tags are there for
visual description rather than structural description.) I
think you can lose all of the FONT, B, U tags. First off,
the B can be replaced with header tags (because those are
headings, not for increased size.) Second, the blue
underlined text makes me think they are links. They're
not. Why aren't they? Design and Hosting certainly should
be links to the respective pages. Finally FONT is just an
ugly hack, and adds very little to this page. (Does the
text lose meaning if it isn't size='-1'? Is it unbearable
to have it be some other font?) Just by removing these
tags, an added benefit is that your page will be much
smaller file-size-wise. :)

Finally, i would just check over your spelling and grammar
again. It's a nice looking site, with some good
information. Strive to make it even better.
