Hi all!  Have a couple of minutes?

Still in the early stages here.  Content is lacking, but I'd like to
know how download time of the navigation "remote control" is with
modems.  Also, I'd like to know how it looks in NS 3 & 4 and IE 3 if
anyone has it.  :)  Do the mouseovers work ok?  If not, do they break
down without errors?
