But in any case a site which won't work on Netscape 4.x and below is a bad
idea, unless you know exactly which browser your audience is using.

I suggest in future you refer to
http://www.eskimo.com/~bloo/indexdot/html/index.html - it has a fairly
extensive list of tags and which browsers/versions support them.
