The server seemed to be down when I tried to take a look.

However, without looking at the site, I can give you a very useful piece
of advice - never build a site without checking it on at least 3 or 4
browsers (I have IE4, IE5, Netscape 3.04, Netscape 4.05 and Opera 3.5
loaded on my machine).

To make your life easier when trying to build cross-browser-compatible
sites, look at http://www.eskimo.com/~bloo/indexdot/html/index.html - it
has information on which browsers support which tags and attributes.
