Overall the site looks pretty nice. 

You should look at the curved bottomright.gif and bottomleft.gif - on their 
transparencies aren't quite right and leave white jagged lines around them 
when viewed on my browser, IE5.0 on Win NT 4.0, 1024x768.

You might want to consider forms as opposed to mailto: links for the contact 
webmaster and other mail links. Lots of people on office networks can't use 
the mailto: link feature and that loses clients.

There are some uses of English I'd question (like "10+ years", on one page, 
"11+ years" on another and "Doubly Certified" on the splash page) but that's 
none of my business!  

Navigation is pretty straightforward. I strongly think the splash page could 
use some under 20 word explanation, believe it or not, of what exactly it is 
you do - you you type and format, or do you consult and create an entire 
resume package for people? I was a little confused at how you would write 
MY resume. 

Otherwise it's very tight, professional looking site, in my opinion.
