Hi Jeff,

I'm short of time, so I'll limit myself what to what I think you can
improve on:

1. Home page

- If you *must* use frames, try to make them invisible, ie, use the same
bg for all the frames and switch the borders off.
- The picture is small and fuzzy and doesn't give a good idea of the
products.
- All 3 links open a new browser window instead of opening in the main
frame.
- The word "categories" which is a heading, is smaller than the text
beneath it.
- The yellow of the vlink doesn't look great against the purple bg.

2. Bevelled Glass

- A third bg colour? Try for consistency across your pages.
- "Main Page Place an Order Contact Us" - separate these text links,
they're running into each other. Use | or - or [] or some non-breaking
spaces ( ).
- I would lay the products out differently, with the info alongside the
photo. You can do this using tables (with the border=0) - photos in the
left column, info in the right column, each product in a separate row.

3. Product pages in general

- Each of the product pages has a different bg and layout, you need to
pick a look and stick with it.
- Nowhere do you specify what flower types and colours are available.
- On the home page it says "We Sell Wholesale or Retail" but there is only
one price listed.

4. Order form

- Leave some space between the text and the form fields, they're right on
top of each other.
- Instead of making the person type in an order number, use a drop-down
list.
- "We will E-Mail you Back with the Total Charges" - if that's the case,
why make people sit and add up amounts-per-item, sub-totals, etc? You want
to make your customer's life as easy as possible.
- I don't see any way to select the actual item you want, ie, I can choose
item #111 which is a Large Beveled Glass but how do I choose the colour,
etc? People want to choose this themselves, not leave it up to you.
