It's looking good.  My only comments:

-- Can you make the commas in the left-hand column show up?  They seem to be 
in a different color from the text?

-- Instead of "Mover's Guide" how about the term "Newcomer's Guide?"  Mover 
implies the company actually do the packing and loading.
