Hello Tamara,

Perhaps when the time comes to work with the organization, you could
position it as "Here are my suggestions to make your web site even better.."
or "Here is what we can do to take the IWF web site to the next level..."

Just launch into what you propose, and don't say anything negative about
what exists. I would guess that they know it needs help or they wouldn't
have brought you in.

You might want to ask the membership if they have any good photos of nature
shots that could be considered for the site. Is there someone in the group
that is also a writer? Is there a new feature or column that person could
add to improve content? Do they offer or link to anyone who provides gun /
rifle safety classes? What activities do they do to show they are ethical
sportsman?

Just a few thoughts.

Best regards,
Susan V.
