Could you please give me your opinion on the home button on the
Scanalytics web site, a business site?

Specifics:
We have a navigation column on our web pages. The company logo is at
the top of this column, in the upper-left of the page. This also serves
as the home button for the top portion of the page, so that you can go
to the home page by clicking on it. (At the bottom of every page, there
is a horizontal navigation row that has the text link to the home page,
but that raises no questions.)

So, my main question is: do you think I should
a) leave the logo the way it is,
b) add the word "Home" to the logo, as part of the logo image,
c) add the word "Home" underneath the logo, or overtop part of the logo
if CSS cooperates in doing so,
d) do something else you'll describe to me
?

The corporate site is: http://www.scanalytics.com

I've hesitated to add "Home" to the logo as part of the image, because
I like the readability of real text. Also, if an IE user changes the
size of the text (including the nav column's pixel-sized text!),then
I'd prefer the word "Home" to change as well.

Many thanks,

=====
