I would appreciate if list members can help critique the following site.

I've tested it on IE 5.5 & 6, Mozilla 1.21 and NS6 . Would be great if those using other browser (especially NS4.x and opera) let me know if there are any problems. Any other suggestions/comments are welcome too.
