Hi folks

If you have a spare few minutes to look at

in terms of accessibility issues I'd be very grateful.

I'm writing an MSc dissertation on accessibility of library Web sites and
want to include a template, but am not very experienced in producing Web
pages.  The template validates as HTML 4.01 Transitional but I'd be very
grateful for any personal opinions and whether you think it would validate
with 'Bobby' for Priority 1 compliance.
