Request for critique - ELysian Internet Services

Hi All,

I have just finished the new design for my Internet Services company and
would appreciate a review.

I am particularly interested in the following:

- how long does it take to load, especially the java nav?
- how does it look in 640x480 (I used 800x600)
- how does it look in IE
- how does it look on a Macintosh?

- general thoughts etc
