Commercial Site Overview requested

Hi everyone. This site has been up for over a year and we've never had
anyone critique it before, so this will be very interesting. We tried to
make the pages load as fast as possible, have stayed away from Java for now
and tried to keep the graphics small. We haven't compressed them all but
we're getting there.
This is a big site but I would just like to get some responses to how you
like the navigation and the format of the main index pages. A new
perspective to what we see all the time would be quite illuminating, I'm sure.
