Screen resolutions or critiques?

Ok, everyone look carefully at your info . . . . the name of this list is
hwg-critique . . . not "why my resolution is the best in the world."   I
think that these discussions should be elsewhere on the HTML Writers Guild.
  This topic is as ferverant a discussion as IBM vs. MAC and that . . . and
obviously there are some snobs here that are missing the point.   I look at
my server stats and on *some* sites I see a majority of users using
Internet Explorer.   I'm not changing my sites just to cater to those
people.   Likewise 90% of the computers here in my office are running new
processors and video cards, but the monitors are still 14 inch models from
years ago.   640x480 is about their limit -- especially with higher colors.  

That's all I have to say on the subject . . . I'd suggest moving the
discussion to a more appropriate list.   Let's keep on topic with site
critiques -- ok?
