I must disagree.... I found the green on the front page actually painful. I
clicked madly just to get away from it. If I came across this system-green
background while looking for a commercial product, I wouldn't buy, I'd just
hit the back button.

The artworks themselves, however, I adore. I loved the cow.... Perhaps you
should take an approach to the design of your site not unsimilar to the
design of the artwork. SOft colours with a whimsical theme. I would do some
sort of left-side-bar background, with a white or dark solid coloured
background (not system green!) such as royal purple or navy... on second
thoughts, white does look more professonal.

Your buttons are ghastly. Please replace with something more in keeping
with your artwork - and remove the border in them. I'd lose the animated
gif. Replace it a series of small pictures, say 4 that show a definate stage.

Perhaps you should look at surfing for some sites that look really
professional and are concerned with art or design and look at deriving your
inspiration from them.

You also need to consider your site map. I believe that no site should be
designed without first doing a sitemap - it gives you an idea of where
things can be found and what should perhaps be visible on the front page.
Your links seem to be everywhere and yet nowhere. The word "stumble" comes
to mind when one finally finds the FAQ!

Usual disclaimer about opinions should be taken into account.

Please do not give up or lose heart, this looks like a great, fun product
which is probably why people are "letting you have it" - I know that I'd
like to see a web site which really enhances and sells this product as it
deserves to be sold.

Kindest regards

Kersti
