This Site looks great.  It will make a great Xmas gift.  And keeping with that
thought...
I was expecting to see something about Uyless  written under his picture, and
I saw your "by line".  Might want to make your copyright, etc lower on the
page. Actually, there was one page that the bottom info was written
differently (Questions) and I like that layout; the Institute address and your
copyright. I liked the way that looked, although I would remove the bold from
your copyright info. 
One more thing, the button links on the left are repetitive. One page I saw
three home links visible in my browser window.  You could definitely get away
with  one set of graphic links to the left, and a "top of page" button on the
bottom, or a short list of text links at the bottom. 
I liked the colors, the simplicity, it was written well and easy to read. I
even liked the large font.  It's going to get rave revues at Christmas.
