The main page looked ok in netscape 4.77, although some interior 
pages looked horrid with the bottom text menu overlapping the main 
text.

 Only the main page had the search engine meta tags, and none of 
the pages have the SmartTag meta tag.

 A few more pictures or artwork would have helped, I realize the 
topic is pretty dull, but it could stand some additional photos.

 The contact us page doesn't contain a form, yet you have a form 
which you're calling an order form, but it looks more like a contact 
form. An online order form should contain fields for credit cards, 
and should be secure. Your "online order form" is just an email 
form. This page just fits at 1024x768, and has a fair amount of 
horizontal scroll at lower resolutions.
