Just a quick glance, but here are my impressions.
1) This is a very personal thing, but I don't particuarly like the 
background.  Maybe it's just me, but I think that those kind of 
textures make a site look amateurish.

2) With a screen resolution of 800x600, on apply.html there is a 
horizontal scrollbar

3) several pages don't have a navbar

4) nwcart.html looks nothing like the rest of the site -- for a 
moment, I thought that I had been redirected to another site.  It 
was only when I looked at the location bar that I realised that it was 
part of the same site.

5) the Privacy link doesn't seem to have anything to do with 
privacy.  It just takes you to the bottom of the contacts page 
(which again doesn't look like the rest of the site).

6) This probably isn't very helpful, but I found the hardware.html 
page "cluttered" and difficult to follow.

Sorry if this has seemed negative, but we're here to help you 
improve, right? :o).

I'm using Windows NT4 with Mozilla 0.9.4 (nightly build from 27 
sep) on a 1280x1024 screen, with my browser taking up about 2/3 
of that.
