Well I was wondering whether or not to have that front index page 
at all, or to start with the "about us" page, which gives the 
information which a reader will want about mediation.  The name 
address and contact details are at the bottom of every page 
anyway.   The person who asked me to do this site seems to think 
that he must have a "front door".

As for the last button shifting 10 pixels, I think I've fixed it.  At the 
end of every button there is a <BR> and there wasn't at the end.  

Meta tags are to come next, along with search engine registrations - 
how should the meta tags be put into the list??

 In netscape 4.75, there is a definite problem with the bottom button
on the index page. The button seems to be shifted about 10 pixels 
to
the left of the rest of the buttons, its a very noticeable shift.

 The index page and its value to the site isn't clear. This particular
 
page will not be indexed well by the search engines since it lacks 
any
text to work with. Across the site the keywords meta tag is using a
semicolon as a delimiter. Its unusual, but since punctuation is
generally treated as white space by the search engines, its not too
great a problem. The lack of a meta description tag on the pages is 
a
problem.

  Overall the load time was adequate for a dial up connection from 
the
states. But this isn't a graphics intensive site.
