Well, I've finally taken the plunge.  I've reworked my site to remove 
all sight of tables.  Could you take a look at the new CSS design and 
tell me what you think?

Oh yeah, and please comment on the content as well -- that is, after 
all, the whole raison d'etre of the site :o).

PS: don't bother looking at the site in 4.x browsers unless you want 
a laugh.  The site should be readable just fine, but won't look very 
nice
