Shouldn't it be "per bin site"?

It looks nice in Mozilla 1.1b+.  I'm sure about the need for the 
Flash animation on the front page, it's slow to load and doesn't seem 
to add anything to the site (disclaimer: I don't like Flash, so my 
opinions are necessarily biased :o)  ).

On the meter reading page, I'm a bit doubtful on the styling of the 
form controls.  This *could* be a usability issue since people 
*expect* controls to look a certain way (or maybe I've been reading 
too much stuff by Jakob Nielson :o)  ) 

Also, I'm a little bit confused by the 'readings' section of the 
form.  On my browser both the 'meter number' control and the 'meter 
reading' control appeared to be one large textarea.  I had to look at 
the source to determine that they were separate textboxes.  Looking 
at it in IE, I see that this problem doesn't happen.  Still, I would 
either change the border on the text boxes or put some cellpadding 
between the rows in that section, just to be on the safe side.
