I get the impression that the site is a little plain, but for me, it 
works really well.  I like the simple navigation structure and 
minimal use of colour.  

You might want to warn people when you're linking to PDF files, and 
maybe include a link to where you can get the reader from.

You are using lots of inline styles.  You should probably abstract 
these out to an external stylesheet, this will make the individual 
pages smaller (and thus faster to download) and make it easier to 
change anything in future.
