First impressions are that it's a bit drab.  I'm not sure how well 
that the brown colour works as a colour scheme.  I do, however, think 
that the alternative blue/pink on the domestic violence/sexual assult 
pages work well.

The other thing that seems slightly jarring for me is the use of of a 
non-proportional font for the majority of your text.  You might want 
to experiment with a proportional sans-serif font for the bulk of 
your text.

Other than that, good work (and it's nice to see more sites switching 
to an all-CSS formatting) :o).
