Hi

I'd appreciate your comments on

www.northernmediators.co.uk

it's had a redesign, taking into account accessibility issues.

I have added 'tabindex' to my links, starting from the top, the tab order goes 
down the menu and then to the links in the page, if any, ending at the mailto link 
at the bottom.  There is a 'skip navigation' access key to bypass the menu, but 
would it be better to tab through the links first and then the menu?
