a) why do you need a splash page?

b) I looked at the site and still have no idea what the site was 
about.  It just had lots of images of people with the words 'collateral 
assets'.  Maybe a small FAQ or 'what we are' link might be useful.

I'm sorry that I can't help you with the splash screen problem, but I 
really don't think that it adds any value to the site.  It's just one 
more link that has to be clicked through.
