First impressions only since I haven't got a lot of time.  Mainly 
that colour scheme, urgh -- red, yellow and white.  Darkening the 
yellow a bit might help.  The front page is also very busy.  It's 
difficult to know where to look first.  Maybe some stuff could be 
moved to another page?

PS: I like the popups on the calendar that tell you what's happening 
on a particular date (now, if it weren't for that nasty shade of 
yellow...)
