Hi folks,
Could someone please critique http://elit2003.com

This is an academic conference site (lots of content isn't there at 
the moment but the structure is complete) that is built entirely with 
CSS (except for the table on the Call for Papers page that I nicked 
from last year's conference website :)  ) so the design won't be 
visible in older browsers.
