Critique- Realty Site

Hi Everbody,
I am closing in on a finish date for a site, and as usual the client is
being nitpicky and making wild requests and multiple change requests.  Some
of her ideas are just plain bad design decisions and I have been having
trouble convincing her that if I did exactly as she wanted that I would be
doing her a disservice.
I have already made changes that I would have advised against, but I am
still putting off doing some of the other things she wants.

This is the site I have up for testing.  A few things are missing or sparse
right now, but it is basically finished:

I am looking for overall look and feel, professionalism, ease of navigation.
Oh, please dont rail me too hard on page length....She refused to cut down
her text.
