Mozilla 1.8a4, Win2K, 32bit colour, 1600x1200 screen res on 19" 
monitor (with browser canvas at ~1000x1000)

Quite nice, but I'm not sure about the contrast of the orange and 
gray, but that's just my personal opinion.

The only other comment that I could make is that the font size is 
a bit small and when I enlarge it in my browser some of the text 
in the iframe vanishes.  You may want to look at using a div with 
an overflow set instead of this, if you want to avoid having 
scrollbars.

Add "margin: 0;" to your .top class (note: this makes it work in 
Mozilla/Netscape.  I don't know what effect this would have in 
IE).
