Hi Tim,

I agree with Lauren ... don't abbreviate!  I hate seeing all of those 
abbreviations.

Not too sure what I think about the chronological order suggestion.  If I 
wasn't looking for a specific name, this would be OK.  But if I am looking 
for a specific name, then the alphabetical listing makes it easier to find 
that name.
