I took a look. Typically the Netscape browsers are much less forgiving on
errors and mistypes so I first tried running it in Netscape to see what
would happen.

Tried Netscape 3.01 on Win2000
Got a JavaScript error on line 90 due to setInterval not being defined

Tried Netscape 2.0 on Win2000
Got a JavaScript error on line 20 due to setInterval not being defined
(ended up with a blank page except for logo graphic)

Tried Mosiac 3.01 (32 bit version) on Win2000
Got an HTAccess error of a failed DNS lookup on http://cgi-bin/rand-image.pl

Netscape 4.08 and IE 5 had no errors

I am afraid that I do not have a computer available at this time with IE3 or
IE4 loaded on them so it would be hard to track down the exact problem being
experienced in these browsers...but perhaps these other errors are related
and can give a clue on what is happening.
