I took a quick look and these were my impressions:

Good Points:
1) I like the nice clean layout of the pages. 

2) I feel you made effective use of white space to offset text and pictures.


3) You followed good layout design in keeping the text narrow enough to make
it more readable.

Suggestions:
1) Add something permanent to the homepage that has more color to it. I did
notice the pictures gaining color on the mouseover, however without some
sort of permanent colored logo or image the page does not have as much life
to it thereby making it less memorable.

2) On the subpages make the thumbnails slightly larger. Since the sub-pages
lack any really new graphics it would likely not hurt to increase their size
and to give the page more life.
