I fixed the problem with NC4.5.  I had a table on the home.htm page at one
size and a cell in that table set to a larger size.  

I fixed the buttons, and I hope quite a few other problems.  Now, it
shouldn't try to force a download, but display a gif instead, hopefully!!!
