What i saw right off (didn't look at the content very closely)

where the mouse over boxes show up is dependent on where the mouse is, =
you
may want to make it the same place in relation to the button no matter =
where
the mouse is.

I can't click the links in the pop ups because there is a gap between =
the
button and the box so as soon as the mouse leaves the button to go to =
the
box the box disappears

The appraisers page does not have the same background/layout as the =
home and
about pages, same with some of the other pages

The link in the information pop up opens a new window while the =
information
button does not
