I'm looking at it on a Mac with IE 5.1. There are some display issues of
text. Some of it is overlapping where it shouldn't.

Why do you number the validators the site passses? you don't even need to
explain that. If people don't understand what those logos are to begin with,
most likely, they won't care... as long as they can see your content.

I like the graphic design. It's simple. clean. I don't like any text
displayed on the textured background (such as "This site has passed the
following validators"... the slight texture is not fun for me to read text
on. )

Looks pretty nice. Hope this helps.
