To get straight on with an answer - yes from your technical experience, no
from the page design.

What I like on the page design:
  the table have nice, refreshing but stylish colours
  links in deeper pages, at the bottom

To be improved:
  the lack of mouseover pictures of CSS effects
  Standard colour of links
  Links on homepage
  Times New Roman font
  Email address - confuses the regular customers (-from experience-)
  Link to 'Education' isn't active on every page
  Logo borders have white artifacts
  'Logo' - hmmm...
  Get rid of the brown.  Work with lines or test different colour.
  Table border colours aren't compliant with Mozilla/Netscape.


Well, seems a lot, but it's not like you're up to redesigning a huge site.
Take a look at www.offlead.com.  You'll see what I mean.
