Thanks again for everyone's assistance last week.  Here's the new site with
the following general revisions per your suggestions:

Dropped the Splash Movie.
Converted to Frames so Navigation is always available.
Made the Buttons less bulky and more subdued.
Changed Services Schedule Rollover.
Changed Text from 3 Column to 1 for easier Reading.
