These are just my opinions only, take as you will.

Basically, it looks like you've got HTML layout pretty well in hand here.  So 
now it's time to look at the much more difficult tasks of organizing your 
information, and then making it look nice.

Create one page that has all the info about the house and the most important 
photos, all in a layout that fits on a printed page.  This is particularly 
important for home buyers, as they are going to be driving around with a 
stack of stuff they printed out saying "can we drive by the one with the 
bird-bath? How much was it again, and didn't it have a garage?"... I did this 
recently, and found it a difficult situation to stay organized in.  Good 
printouts really helped.  See if you can get an MLS printout from a Realtor 
to use as a guide (for completeness, not necessarily looks).

In my opinion, it would be better to make most of the photos smaller and put 
them together on one page.  Or, if you plan to add more words to each page, 
leave as is, but right now having the pictures spread out makes for more 
clicking without getting much out of it.

Cut the number of color you use down to 3 or 4 TOTAL.  I think you have at 
least 8 now, more if you count visited and active link colors.  It's just too 
many.  Same with the table on the from page.  SIMPLIFY as much as you can.  
E.g. the address parts don't need labels.

In your menu, either call the "home page" link something else ("main page" 
maybe...), or change the title of page1.html to "house for sale"  Having home 
in both places is confusing.

-Put the date at the bottom of the page.
-title each page without "page 1" in the title
-the stick-figure image roll-overs don't contribute anything and they DO take 
time to load.
-the layers on the front room page don't work for me (Opera 6.0 browser in 
windows 2000)
-leave the w3c,bobby, etc. icons on front page only, or leave out entirely.
