Here's what I saw:

NN, IE and Opera.   All the latest versions
LYNX 2.8.3
Win2K
1024 x 768 on a 17" monitor
DSL

All three displayed as expected.  Two things I noticed are that there is no meta element for character set.  The second is related only to their content.  Are they trying to rent the property on a 
weekly, daily, permanent basis?  It sounds like they intend it to be a "vacation" rental, but it isn't stated anywhere.  Just an FYI. :-)
