Main page:
- original graphic design, but...
- too many letters and numbers which do not seem to have any meaning (and
what's with your telephone company?) and do not lead anywhere
- if the only link is to your CV, why is there so much other stuff? What
do you mean to say to your visitors when they come? When i have to search
where to go and don't know what to expect, I quickly lose patience.
- there's also a dramatic jump in design between the main page and CV. For
CV, it's probably good to make it very conservative, but this was too big
a change.
CV:
- could use another space between the link back to main page and the
heading
- the titles 'school address' and 'permanent address' look bad. Drop that
minus sign, use either the regular bullet you have in other paragraphs, or
just bold/italic font
- why is education and educational experience in two categories?
- you have repeated bullets in the latter and in other paragraphs near the
bottom
- you have typos in the 'website design portfolio', therefore the links
don't work (the browser is trying to find the addresses in your directory)
I could have overcome this by cutting and pasting the correct portions,
but I don't have any drive to do so.

No.
Because:
- it should be made clear what the site is about on the front page
- everything should be tested before being publicized
