I have hidden some Internet Explorer 4 navigational stuff on a goverment
site i developed. It looks a bit crowded to me..
What do you guys think?
Goto the url at the bottom, After the page loaded, You will notice a
hidden hyperlink just above the "T" of  "Tax Commission". Click on it to
bring up the New top page.

Only IE4 browsers will display it correctly. The splash screen has been
skipped....
All the navigation options were images. Everything you see now is text
(Exept the Horisontal options)
I gained 4 times the speed of my Dynamic image navigation.
Does the Navigation Make sense?
I don't want to explain what is what, because i want to see if it's
obvious or not.
PLEASE look at it and Lemme know if it made sense and how it looks.
Be NASTY! I need this perfect.
