 - Error message when entering page (function launch not found).
 - Pictures WAY too large in weight (though that Sandra Bullock is rather
crispy...)
 - Layout consists of loose things.  Better a harmonic layout with things
that fit together well.
 - Preloads in 'schedule' don't work
 - Directory names with strange characters and spaces
 - Capitals in filenames (risky)
 - Cells without anything in them.
 - LARGE pages (codewise)
 - Everyday standard link colours

 - First impression: busy background.  Could be light purple or some plain
colour.
 - Loads faster than above.
 - Nice fonts in buttons.  Don't know about rollovers.
 - Buttons near end of page rollovers: too red.  Arrow rollover should be
enough.
 - Love the little 'table' top right, with the link(s)
 - Oops... some images don't preload (eg schedule calendar)


As a whole, I love number two best.  It also will need less effort to
update, regarding coding.  Think the second one needs less of a poke to be
really great.  It's more a complete layout rather than just a pile of pics,
text and links, more 'organic'.  Personal taste would go to something
smaller in surface (smaller pics, smaller buttons, smaller text).  If a
choice has to be made, I definetely would go with number two, the purple
one.  The first one reminds me of something... I once had a layout made and
a good friend asked me if he could take on some of the ideas.  In the end,
he just dragged some pics in PhotoShop to change them and messed up the
code.  Since his feeling for design was zero and he didn't base on the
layout as a whole, but just on the buttons as items, it all ended up wrong.
I somehow feel this is what happened to this one too: number two was there
first, then someone took it, went on a rage and came up with number one.
