Requesting criticism of a newly updated Church site.  Here is my first Flash
Movie, use of Timelines in the HTML, and Layers.  Before I proceed with this
work in process, I would like some 'behind the scenes' assistance with the:

Mega Tag (or lack of)
index.htm load speed and the sometimes hap hazard loading of elements before
the Timeline takes over
main.htm large image rollover showing the Worship Service times, sometimes
'double loading' the swap image

Please let me have it.......I need some straight to the point, picky picky
picky, ideas to improve this site.
