To the candidates:

Before HWG decides to begin accepting donations (for "bragging rights") =
or selling ad space, shouldn't we (HWG) first set minimal standards with =
which donors and advertisers must comply?  If so, how should HWG go =
about the process of setting such standards?

For example, should sound be allowed?  Videos?  Interactive Forms?  What =
about an advertiser who wants to use HTML which does not validate?
