This is certainly a good quality. GB members may be subjected to a lot of
criticism which is not necessarily very constructive but can take the form
of any shape and color

Now, I'd basically like to ask you the same questions Ann has asked. I hope
Ann won't mind mine repeating her questions again:

1. What do you feel makes you qualified to be a member of a small group
where you may be called upon to serve as an executive?
2. Do you have management experience? Sales and marketing? PR? Finance?
3. Have you served on other boards, of either non-profit or for-profit
corporations?
4. Are you familiar with basic business practices and concepts?
5. Have you worked on committees or situations where consensus building was
an every day event?
6. What specific talents can you lend to the management tasks that the board
faces?
