FWD: stolen web site

Hi, Susan, the list rules for the Guild forbid attacking another
company using the Guild's mailing lists -- even if justified.
The membership generally expects the GB members to be held to
a higher standard of behavior, or at least, the same standard
we expect from the members.  (Whether the GB should be held to
a "higher" standard is debatable, but it is true that the members
seem to _expect_ it.)

You specifically name a company whom you feel is guilty of
website theft in the message below; is this indicative of your
feelings regarding proper use of the Guild's lists, or your
respect for the list rules, or nothing at all?  I'd like to
hear your reasoning for this post.
